OK, the title of this post does NOT apply to me, but to a friend of mine. This weekend I attended a baby shower for my friend Laura and below is the card I made to go with her present. Confession: I love making gift card holders using the Circle Card Thinlits. SO easy when you leave the card long and fold over the excess to make a pocket.
I used the Sweet Taffy DSP to add some fun to the right side of the card and the “Welcome Baby” comes from And Many More stamp set.
Open the card and see the greeting, which comes from the Something to Say stamp set. The booties and duck were stamped with Daffodil Delight ink and come from the Something for Baby stamp set. All images that are popped with dimensionals were cut out using the coordinating Baby’s First framelits. I’m also a sucker for any stamp set that has coordinating framelits. 🙂
Besides the cute flip, the other fun part about this card is that I created a pocket, which holds a gift card! Love doing this with these framelits!
Have you tried the Circle Card framelits? Let me know how you have used them in the comments below!
