What would you make with these supplies? The items below include a card from the Everyday Adventure Project Life Collection, a piece of melon mambo 1/4 in cotton ribbon, a piece of burlap ribbon that has been frayed to give a long piece of twine, and 3 old olive candy dots.
This is what I presented to participating members of my downline, Handmade Crafters, for this months Chopped Challenge.
Once again, I love everyone’s projects. All are unique and beautiful. 🙂 Here are the results!
This is one of my favorite sketches and have been using it a LOT lately. Check out tomorrow’s blog post for another card using this sketch. I got the idea from StampNation. For SN followers, it’s Sketch Challenge #135. I used the Flower Patch stamp set with the coordinating Flower Fair framelits. Melon mambo and old olive inks were used. The lighter pink is second generation (stamped off on scrap paper before stamping onto the cardstock without reinking the stamp).
Isn’t this an awesome scrapbook page? You can check out the details on Denise’s blog.
Carol says: “I loved the color choices, I didn’t know what I would choose to do, but this just seemed to come together. Love it! I did a baby theme, and the DSP is from the new Midnight stack.” I love this card too! You can read about Carols card on her blog.
